Are there any websites that I can use to create a website for free or any free software that I download and create a website without coding? I dont want something like blogspot.mywebsite.com i need a normal one like mywebsite.com.

I don’t think they have those for free. You have to get .wordpress, .blogspot, .weebly, etc. if you want one for free. If you still can’t find any free sites. Then go with .wordpress.
You can’t get top level domains (mydomain.com) for free. You can however use a site such as Webs (http://www.webs.com ) to create mySite.webs.com and then for about $14 a year you can buy a domain name mysite.com and point it to your webs hosted site.

Go free. have a one page site. Pay and you can have several sites running multiple pages like I do. I pay for the URLS, and 7.95 a month ($140 a year all totaled) for unlimited disk space and unlimited bandwidth. I know no computer languages, I built all my pages with the best, award winning WYSIWYG web page builder on the planet, which is free to any one, but will only upload to a paid account on the web hosts servers. They give me tons of support, have the best monitored forum I have ever seen. Tons of downloads for templates for the web page builder program. If i need flash, PHP or any custom web language systems written, there are people on the forum who will do it for you.
